Ab teri yaad se wehshat nahin hoti mujh ko,

Zakham khulte hain aziyat nahin hoti mujh ko,



Ab koi aye chala jaye main khush rehta hoon,

Ab kisi shakhss ki aadat nahin hoti mujh ko,



Aesa badla hoon tere shehr ka paani pee kar,

Jhoot boloon to nadamat nahin hoti mujh ko,



Hai amaanat main khayanat so kisi ki khatir,

Koi marta hai to hairat nahin hoti mujh ko,



Itna masroof hoon jeene ki havass main mohsin,

Saans lene ki bhi fursat nahin hoti mujh ko..
